This page contains the terms and conditions that apply for all Aiskor customers who use any products or services from Aiskor. By using any products or services from Aiskor and accessing this page, an agreement will be formed between you and Aiskor, and you will abide by the rules. Aiskor has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notification.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The services that PT Aiskor Teknologi Indonesia provides are subject to the following Service Terms. PT Aiskor Teknologi Indonesia reserves the right to update the Service Terms at any time without notice. PT Aiskor Teknologi Indonesia shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of Aiskor.co.id, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.
2. Changed Terms
In carrying out its services Aiskor has the right at any time to renew the service, with considerations such as but not limited to:
1.Determined by the authorities;
2.Services are no longer in accordance with the times and the latest technology;
3.The service is no longer used and the service will be switched with similar services; and
4.Other considerations deemed appropriate and appropriate by Aiskor.
By updating the Service, the Customer agrees to free Aiskor from all legal claims and responsibilities arising from the policies.

6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
1.These Terms of Use and all matters related to your access to, or use of, these sites and Services are governed and interpreted in accordance with Indonesian law without affecting any principle of international law.
2.You hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian court.
7. Force Majeur
Force Majeur are extraordinary events that occur outside Aiskor's control that can cause customers to not be able to enjoy Aiskor services, such as but not limited to:
1.Natural disasters such as earthquakes, storms, accidents, floods, wars, riots;
2.Actions / deeds / circumstances of other parties so that Aiskor cannot provide services to Customers;
3.Technical problems or other reasons beyond the control and control of Aiskor.
In the event of a forced situation, Aiskor is freed from its responsibility.
